DATA PROTECTION LAW

Within our organization, we provide legal consultancy services and trainings for the protection of personal data in order to ensure that any and all operations and proceedings of corporate clients could be carried out in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 which came into force on 07.04.2016. Within the framework of our personal data protection consultancy service, we aim to minimize the risks likely to be encountered. Taking proactive measures before the trial stage and preventing the potential losses by our clients, our main objective in these processes is to ensure that our clients could receive the legal services, they need. In addition to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data that entered into Turkish law, our clients are also advised comparatively to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force in the European Union and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in the United States.
